Nature of our services
Nadas Advisory provides advisory and facilitation services for Turkish citizenship by real estate investment — including property sourcing, valuation coordination, and support with the legal and citizenship application process. We are an independent advisory firm. We are not a government body, and we do not decide applications.

No guarantee of outcome
Citizenship is granted by the relevant Turkish authorities at their discretion, subject to applicable law. We do not and cannot guarantee that any application will be approved, or that any timeline, return, rental yield or resale value will be achieved. Indicative figures shown on this site are estimates, not promises.
Third parties
Delivering a case involves third parties — sellers, valuation experts, banks, notaries and government offices. We coordinate with them in good faith but are not responsible for their acts, omissions or decisions.

Limitation of liability
