Nadas Advisory is the citizenship-by-investment practice of Nadas Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, a company registered in Türkiye and based in İstanbul. We guide international investors through Turkish citizenship by real estate — from sourcing a property that genuinely requalifies, to the passport in hand.
What we do
We handle the whole route under one roof: sourcing CBI-eligible property with clean title and a verified valuation, the legal filing, the residence permit, and the citizenship application itself. One senior team, one point of contact, from the first WhatsApp message to the passport.
We are independent. We only put forward property we would be comfortable buying ourselves — assets that requalify for resale and hold their value — rather than whatever pays the highest commission. Our scope, timelines and fees are fixed and explained up front.
